Inverse of G by the APY algorithm
Usage
apy_inverse(m, core, lambda = 0.01)
Arguments
- m
matrix of 0/1/2 genotypes (animals in rows); NA imputed by the mean, and an
animal with a call rate below 0.90 refused, as in model()
- core
indices (or row names) of the core animals
- lambda
shrinkage on the diagonal of G (G + lambda I) to guarantee Gcc is invertible;
the default 0.01 is the usual one and is REPORTED in the result
Value
list with i, j, x, n (triplets of the lower triangle of G_APY^-1), the diagnostic
mendeliano (the m_i of the young animals; very small = young animal almost collinear
with the core) and the parameters used
