Coefficients of a fit: variance components or fixed-effect solutions

The default keeps what coef() always returned here, the vector of variance components. effects = "fixed" returns the fixed-effect solutions instead, the same vector stored in fit$b; see the parametrization note in model() before comparing them against anything that zeroes a reference level.

Arguments

object: result of model(), model_mt() or model_ar1()
effects: "components" (default) for theta, "fixed" for b
...: unused, kept for the generic
